Train The Football Athlete

Positional speed & agility, strength and long-term athletic development for Baltimore's youth and young athletes — coached by an NSPA-certified sports performance coach.

Philosophy

Development is more than a faster 40.

Back2Ballin builds athletes the way Coach Ryan built his own career — through deliberate fundamentals, disciplined work and the mindset to perform when it matters. Every session has a purpose, and every athlete knows what they are working toward.

The program is grounded in long-term athletic development: strength, speed & agility and movement quality matched to the athlete's age and stage — reinforced by nutrition and mentorship so the results hold up on and off the field.

What every athlete builds on

Four pillars, one standard. Programming is individualised, measurable and grounded in the fundamentals — movement quality first, then speed, strength and football IQ layered on as the athlete earns it.

Speed & Agility

Change-of-direction, first-step quickness and footwork drilled with intent — the DB/LB and skill-position foundation.

Strength & Performance

Structured strength, power and conditioning built around long-term athletic development, matched to age and stage.

Nutrition

Habits that support growth and performance — an NSPA-certified nutrition coach guiding how athletes eat, hydrate and recover.

Mentorship

Discipline, life skills and practical guidance on and off the field, building well-rounded people — not just players.
